What is your Return Policy?
Please email with all questions first. Returns are acceptable only if an item has been grossly misrepresented. Returns are subject to our discretion & given in Credit. Items must be returned in Exact Condition as sent & accepted after I check my secret mark to verify this is the same item originally shipped. Re-stocking Fee where applicable. Buyer assumes responsibility for postage associated with returns. Merchandise is sold As Is, No Returns. Please See Description for Complete Information.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Your order is usually shipped out the same business day we receive your payment. Receipt of your order depends upon your choice of how your item is to be shipped. Once a package leaves our hands, we have no control over the USPS & shipping time. Payments received after 3:00 P.M. EST are shipped the next business day.
How much is Shipping & Handling ?
In addition to the actual fees charged by the USPS, we charge $2.00 for S&H. This fee is very reasonable in comparision with other mail order companies. When Multiple Items are purchased, there is a discount associated with our fee. This reasonable fee is to help defray costs of packaging supplies, time & labor & gas.
What are Acceptable Forms of Payment?
PayPal is preferred. Money Orders (Postal Money Orders Preferred) or Cashier's Checks are also acceptable. We prefer not to accept Cash through the mail, as that is risky. Cash may be sent by Registered Mail Only. Cash sent through the mail is sent at the Buyer's Risk. We will not be held responsible for cash lost or stolen in mail. NO PERSONAL CHECKS PLEASE!
Breakage & Return Service
In the event of breakage, do not return the item. Buyers must file a claim with the Post Office. The USPS does not honor claims from Sellers. Buyers are free to use whichever shipping method they prefer, but we will not be held liable for items lost or damaged in transit. Return Services are completed 7 Business Days After receipt of merchandise.
